- A valid Public Service Department (JPA) Retiree Card and MyKad must be presented upon check-in.
- The reservation name, check-in guest, and payment cardholder must all be the same retiree.
- Each retiree is entitled to book a maximum of one (1) room or apartment unit per stay.
- Reservations must be made directly through AnCasa Hotels & Resorts via the official website, email, telephone, or walk-in.
- Bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or any third-party channels are not eligible for this promotion.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or packages.
- Guests staying for three (3) consecutive nights under the Room Only rate will receive complimentary buffet breakfast for two (2) adults.
